FOR EXTREMELY
CLEAR INSIGHTS.
PORTABLE MANHOLE POLE CAMERA WITH
QHD-CAMERA AND UP TO 30X OPTICAL ZOOM
Portable. Precise. Impressive.
The MHC is the ideal tool for quick preliminary visual inspection of manholes and pipelines. With a carbon fibre telescopic pole extendable to 12 m and 30× optical zoom, it gives the inspection team an overview within seconds – without setup effort, without a crawler deployment, in any weather. This allows teams to decide on site whether a deployment is necessary or whether the line is visibly clear at first glance saving time, resources and unnecessary deployments.
See Before You Deploy.
Before the crawler enters the pipe, the MHC delivers the critical information: is the line clear? Are there obvious obstructions or deposits? The QHD camera shows this in razor-sharp quality – and helps to specifically avoid unnecessary crawler deployments. Thanks to integrated laser measuring, visible anomalies can also be measured to within 1.5 to 70 m – directly on site, without additional equipment and without entering the manhole.
Safe. Fast. Flexible.
The MHC is controllable via Android and iOS, transmits the image reliably via WiFi with an integrated repeater, and runs for a total of 7.5 hrs across 3 batteries. Quick-release fasteners enable setup within seconds. Focused light ensures optimal illumination over greater distances. All of it stored compactly in a PVC case and hard case – ready for the next deployment, whenever it comes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To what depth can the MHC inspect a manhole?
With a carbon fibre telescopic pole extendable to 12 m, the MHC inspects manholes without entry – safely, quickly and without risk to personnel.
What image quality does the MHC deliver for documentation?
The MHC works with QHD resolution (2560 × 1440 px) and 30× optical zoom – sufficient for legally secure documentation and precise damage assessment even from great distance.
Can the MHC measure distances and damage dimensions directly on site?
Yes. The integrated laser measuring function measures distances from 1.5 to 70 m with an accuracy of ±5 cm – without additional measuring equipment and without entering the manhole.
How quickly is the MHC ready for deployment?
Quick-release fasteners allow setup in seconds. Thanks to a compact PVC case and hard case, the system is immediately ready for transport and prepared for the next deployment.
How is the MHC controlled and how stable is the image transmission at depth?
Control is via Android or iOS. An integrated WiFi repeater ensures stable image transmission even at great depth – without signal loss.
How long does the MHC battery last?
The MHC comes with 3 batteries, each with 2.5 hours of runtime – a total of 7.5 hours for a full working day.
When does using the MHC before a crawler inspection make sense?
Whenever a pre-check is needed to assess whether a line is clear or whether obvious obstructions exist. The MHC saves unnecessary crawler deployments and significantly reduces deployment costs.
