The CRC90 is the smallest Full-HD crawler in the C-SERIES. Designed for pipes from DN100 to DN300, it advances reliably where other systems fail. Powerful motors drive it dependably over the full cable length – even under the harshest conditions. IP68 protects it against water and dirt.

Integrated pressure monitoring actively protects against water ingress. Position and tilt sensors deliver precise real-time positional data. The integrated backeye camera prevents driving over the cable in reverse – saving time, protecting equipment and making every deployment safer.

What pipe diameter range does the CRC90 cover?
The CRC90 is designed for pipes from DN100 to DN300. With dimensions of 346 × 65 × 68 mm, it advances into very narrow pipes where larger systems fail.
How does the CRC90 protect against water ingress?
The integrated pressure monitoring continuously checks the crawler’s internal pressure. If pressure drops, the system immediately triggers an alarm – before water can enter. Additionally, IP68 protects against continuous submersion.
Does the CRC90 prevent driving over the cable in reverse?
Yes. The integrated Full-HD backeye camera is displayed in picture-in-picture mode on the HMX tablet – the operator can see the cable at all times and navigate safely.
Which camera heads are compatible with the CRC90?
The CRC90 is compatible with the C50 camera head. As part of the modular C-SERIES, camera heads and cable drums can be flexibly combined and expanded as requirements grow.
Which cable drums fit the CRC90?
The CRC90 is compatible with DRC100 (100 m) and DRC300 (300 m). The choice of drum depends on the typical section length in deployment.
How robust is the CRC90 in daily construction site use?
Protection class IP68 protects against water and dirt under the harshest conditions. The 6-wheel drive and powerful motors ensure reliable operation over the full cable length.
