Right of Withdrawal (B2B)

This online shop is exclusively intended for business customers within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers as defined in Section 13 BGB. As we do not conclude contracts with consumers, business customers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Any contractual or voluntary right of withdrawal or return shall apply only if expressly agreed in writing in the applicable dealer or partner agreement.

In such cases, only the terms and conditions set out in the respective agreement shall apply.
