1. Scope

This policy applies exclusively to business customers (B2B) within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Consumers are explicitly excluded.

2. No Right of Withdrawal for B2B

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business customers. Returns and refunds are granted solely based on this policy and subject to individual review.

3. Returns

Returns are only possible after prior written approval by NSP3CT.PRO GmbH. Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after receipt of goods and must include a clear explanation.

Goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Custom-made products, project-specific items, and digital content are excluded from returns.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method or via credit note. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
